To schedule online, all you have to do is fill out some details about what you need, who you are, pick a date/time and wait for a confirmation to arrive. Use this link: www.CribBuddy.com/booknow
You will get a confirmation as soon as we find a provider for your job via email and SMS.
Yes! We do offer same-day services when our availability permits. A same-day cleaning carries an expedited charge of $50 and all maids with availability will be contacted to try and secure you a service. Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to find a provider to service your home on a same-day basis, so we do recommend reaching out as soon as possible. If you are interested in setting up a same day cleaning, please call the office at 510-575-3626, or you can schedule using our online booking tool! We will always send you a booking receipt email that confirms the request you submitted, and then a separate confirmation email once we have secured a provider for you. If no one is able to take on your cleaning for the desired time, we will email you with an update and are always happy to schedule you for another date and time.

We like to make your experience as customizable as possible! Many of our customers don’t need all the extras included in their deep cleaning or move in/out service. Some homes may be devoid of items like window blinds, or have brand new appliances that would not require cleaning; or, you may prefer to clean them yourself. We don’t want to charge you for services that you don’t require which is why we allow you to build your own package.
Currently, we do not book cleanings for dormitories, fraternity/sorority homes, post-party clean-ups, or medical-grade sanitation services for homes, daycares, or doctor/dentist/veterinarian offices. The following items cannot be completed by our providers: cleaning of chandeliers and other delicate items, wet wiping of light bulbs, bio-hazardous materials (heavy mold, human and animal waste/bodily fluids), junk removal and hoarding, heavy scrubbing of walls, steaming/shampooing carpets, hard to reach areas higher than a two-step ladder, putting away dishes (provider can load the dishwasher), and washing exterior surfaces (windows, garages, etc.). If you have any questions about these areas, please feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to provide you with more information!
We specialize in residential spaces but can also service offices, building lobbies, and retail locations that are reasonable for one provider to clean. Your cleaning will cover the following areas (if applicable) in our service list (https://www.CribBuddy.com/services). We are also happy to do the following tasks, we just ask that you specifically request them in your cleaning notes or let your booking agent know so we can inform the service provider: change the linens (linens must be left out), vacuuming of upholstered furniture, dusting the radiators, dusting of light bulbs (no wet wiping), light wiping of walls (no heavy scrubbing), loading dishwasher, and shower head cleaning.
Our booking software does allow for you to disclude certain areas of your home from your cleaning; for example, if you don’t need an infrequently used guest bedroom or bathroom cleaned, or if someone will be working in the home office at the time of the service and does not want to be disturbed. However, we might not be the best service if you are just looking for one single area to be cleaned. Our service providers are independent contractors and are paid a percentage of the total service price, so they accept jobs looking to make a profit taking into account their gas, travel, and supplies expenses. Unfortunately, we might not always be able to find a provider for a small sized job since it may not be lucrative for our service providers to take on. When in doubt, we ask that you reach out and we are happy to talk about the specifics with you!

While regular cleaning is for your cleanliness upkeep, deep cleaning is a lot more extensive than your standard weekly clean. Deep cleans involve a complete rubdown and giving attention to the often neglected and hard-to-reach spots. Anything inside your home that can be reached with a stool will be hand-wiped.
You get physically sick
Bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungi, molds, pests, and other dangerous and gross organisms thrive in dirty, stale environments. A home that doesn't get the cleaning attention it needs will eventually become a hotbed of disease.
Professional house cleaning checklists
Spills and trash get taken care of on an as-needed basis every day or two. Vacuuming and mopping should happen at least once a week. Clean carpets every three to six months. Living rooms and bedrooms should be attacked at least once a week.
Average Americans spend around six hours a week cleaning their homes. Some people don’t have this much time to spend cleaning, though. What about you?
